Smart Lions Academy is our training platform (in Dutch): the bookable catalogue of recognised training providers, organised by joint committee (paritair comité), so you instantly see which trainings match your sector's collective agreements and sector funds.

Yes — that is exactly the strength of the combination. In your training plan you pick whichever academy trainings you want and import them in one click; you enrol employees directly from the plan, without retyping anything. Browse what is available for your sector on the academy's sector overview.

Yes. Formal, work-related trainings — such as the academy catalogue — count in full. How many training days you must provide depends on your company size and joint committee; our guide on the individual training right explains it.
